Our junior programmes are specifically designed for children to be exciting, dynamic and fun. The classes are broken down by age, and ability to provide the best learning environment for your child. Our classes not only teach martial arts but develop life skills and character education necessary to succeed in modern life.
Adult Programmes – 13 years +
Our adult programmes are designed to teach you the skills required for modern life. Our aim is not just to teach you how to kick and punch, but to develop fitness, flexibility, increase self confidence, decrease stress and understand self defence. Beginner classes are now available.
