CrossFit is the principle strength and conditioning program for many armed forces, service personnel, champion martial artists and professional sportspeople. Our program delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and on average, punish the specialist. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the preferred regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. By scaling load and intensity this is a totally accessible and highly effective program. In our CrossFit gym you won’t find; televisions, lines of cardio equipment, disinterested gym goers, machines designed to isolate small muscle groups and do the job for you! You will find; pull up bars, medicine balls, ropes to climb, olympic lifting equipment, rowing machines, gymnastic rings, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, tyres to flip, skipping ropes and pools of sweat! You will also be entering a community of athletes and trainers focused on creating a better tomorrow for everyone involved. CrossFit classes are currently running Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 8pm and Saturday mornings at 10 am.
