Adult Classes
We teach a number of different martial arts classes for adults allowing you to choose the art that is right for you.
KTX Kickboxing
KTX Kickboxing is a blend of kickboxing and Thai boxing. This class will not only teach you the basic skills of kickboxing but is also great for developing fitness & flexibility, self confidence, and self defense. Beginner’s classes are held 5 days a week Monday through Friday.

Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)
This programme teaches the Martial Arts of the Philippines, and is a predominantly weapon’s based martial art. It is excellent for developing coordination, balance and fitness as well as real world self-defence. Beginner classes are held on Monday and Wednesday.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling especially ground fighting. This programme will increase your fitness, flexibility, and coordination, as well as being a lot of fun. Beginner’s classes are held on Monday and Wednesday.
